Suresh Pushpangathan

A nature lover and artist, captures the rhythm and vibrations of nature in his work, blending light and color to reflect its diverse moods. Growing up in Varkala, Kerala, surrounded by serene landscapes and influenced by his father, a traditional sculptor, suresh developed an early passion for art. He later studied at Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath,Bbangalore, and earned a Master's degree in art and design from the university of Bedfordshire, London, UK. His sensitive paintings, characterized by deft brushstrokes, smooth blends, and the interplay of light, often evoke memories of the natural world, particularly water and aquatic life. Drawing inspiration from the impressionists, especially Claude Monet, Suresh combines representation and abstraction, where the palette and application of paint are as crucial as the subject matter, conveying deep emotions in his evocative art.
