ELIGIBILITY
- Free return and full refund (including any shipping fees), or a free exchange if you receive a damaged/defective/used/wrong product.
- If you'd like to return/exchange the product for any other reasons, chat with us and we'll connect you with the seller. The seller will decide on a case by case basis if they'll accept the return/exchange.
EXCEPTIONS
- Product has been used, worn, washed, or damaged by customer
- Product was not returned in its original condition and packaging, with price tags and labels attached
- Product was custom-made or customized
- Product was sold at a discount or subject to any other type of purchase incentive (e.g., freebies, buy 1-get-1-free, etc.),
- Product was supplied in response to customer's prior exchange request
RETURN SHIPPING POLICY
In case of an eligible return, the seller will pay the return shipping fees.
EXCHANGE SHIPPING POLICY
In case of an eligible exchange, you will pay the return shipping fees and the seller will pay the exchange shipping fees.

TIME LIMIT
Any return/exchange request must be raised within 2 days of order delivery.
REFUND
- In case of an eligible return for receiving a defective/damaged/expired/used/wrong product, you will receive a full refund (including any shipping fees).
